Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Booking and payment policy

To secure a reservation, please make a payment via a bank transfer with funds cleared one day prior to each appointment session.

Bookings which are not secured within the 24 hour reservation period, will no longer be reserved and will be offered to other clients.

Rates are reviewed twice a year.

Accounts in arrears

For any appointments that have occurred, with outstanding payments, there is a admin fee of £15.00 per communication attempt to recoup the outstanding value.

Further monthly late payment penalties will be applied at 15% where applicable.

Accounts that are in arrears, will not be able to make any further reservations until the account has been brought up to date.

Cancellation Policy

If for any unforeseen circumstances means that you cannot attend a confirmed session, you can ask to re-schedule.

All appointments can be rescheduled up until 24 hours before the appointment (within business hours), and is subject to the availability of the practitioner.

Rescheduling 24 hours before an appointment is completely free of charge.

If a client does not attend their appointment and does not provide the 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, the appointment will be forfeited and a refund shall not be given.
